What is alcohol abuse? Alcohol abuse is drinking too much or excessive drinking is also associated with poor judgement when it comes to health and safety. Some of the behaviours that place men at risks of their health include driving fast or without a safety belt.
Excessive alcohol intake increases the chances of engaging in risky sexual activity including unprotected sex, sex with multiple partners, or sex with a partner at risk for sexually transmitted diseases.

Most of alcohol related deaths or hospitalisation are of men than women * Excessive drinking increases aggression thus makes and may lead to assaults of other people.
Reproductive Health and Sexual Function
Excessive alcohol use can interfere with testicular function and male hormone production resulting in impotence, infertility, and reduction of male secondary sex characteristics such as facial and chest hair. Cancer Alcohol consumption increases the risk of cancer of the mouth, throat, esophagus, liver, and colon in men. Be a man who makes no excuses for unprotected sex, even after drinking.
